I dont have the option enabled for create API token

I dont have the option enabled for create API token- and it says disabled by admin. How can request admin to enable. while non of my colleagues have this issue.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Let us first confirm you are following the correct instructions for trying to create an API token.

Click on your Avatar and then click Account Settings.

1. Click on the Security tab.
2. There is a section on the page for API Tokens that includes a link for Create and manage API Tokens. Click that link. You may be required to provide an additional verification code.
3. You should then get a page that looks like this:

Which of the above steps is not working for you?

It is possible for the Organization Administrators to disable the ability for users to create API tokens. If the above steps did not work for you then you will need to report this problem to your Jira administrators so that they can work with the Organization Administrators to find out if you are in a group that is not allowed to create API tokens.
