I donot receive any verification mail no matter how many times i send it

I am an employee who has a Microsoft ID configured. Whenever i try to send a verification mail through jira I am unable to receive it.

What do you mean by verification mail exactly? Can you refer me to the area in the application where you are doing this?

i logged into atlassian from my microsoft account. now whenever i try to log into jira or bitbucket it asks me to reverify my account then after i send a verification mail to my account i dont receive that email and therefore i am unable to access jira and bitbucket

Can you reach out to your Jira admin and request assistance? Have them check the status of your user account - admin > user management
