I understand that you want to be able to see the full activity in this view and not have to click another link to see the full content of that comment here. Unfortunately, I have not found a clear solution for this today. I can't seem to find any way to make Jira show you that entire comment in this particular tab view. I was also not able to find any other existing solutions for this problem in Marketplace today.
Because of this, I have created a feature request for this very option in both Jira Server (JRASERVER-70719) and Jira Cloud platforms (JRACLOUD-73962). I can certainly see how this inability to do this today might cause problems with being able to see a full picture of changes to Jira issues over time.
That said, I would be interested to better understand your use case here. If you can tell me more about what you are looking for here, perhaps I can offer some alternative means to try to see or obtain this data (I was thinking perhaps via REST API or possibly via SQL queries to try to extract this info from Jira as a means to see all the content at once).
