Hi @Xenia Chilkowich 

As it seems you are on a Standard (paid plan) you are able to create a ticket at Atlassian Support, but you need to be at least a user with Jira amdinistrator permissions.

Go to https://support.atlassian.com/ then click the app and then click on Contact support.

But if you do not have a subscription you would have to use Have a general question for us? .

Note that for paid subscriptions (Standard and Premium) only users who are Administrators for their Jira app or Organization will be able to open a support request.
