I installed Jira DataCenter option on my company's cloud. After I configured, I create a new ticket. But when I work on the ticket, I don't a dropdown list with the status. I can't change the status. I thought it was a permission or workflow issue, but I can change the status using menus after selecting 'More Actions'
I see this problem in every projects even a newly created one without any changes.
Did anyone see this problem? I need to fix it before opening it to other people in the company.

Thanks. So I didn't do anything wrong. Just datacenter doesn't support it. But why? I don't get it. This is the most basic action. Why do they make it so cumbersome?
I am regretting that I work so hard to bring Jira to my company. This is really disappointing.
