I do not see plans in the jira software header

Please be informed, "plans" is a premium feature of Jira. If you wish to see the list of features, please check this Jira pricing link.

I have purchased premium plan but still I can't see Plans in the menu, could you please assist?

Hi @Kashif Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Please be informed, you can't see any Jira plans in menu tray. It can be checked on this page. Also, in that same pricing page, you can explore the features for "premium plan".
