I am afraid that you must have - you can not be automatically signed up for an Atlassian account, it requires that you confirm that you want one via email.

If you have subscribed to any Atlassian products, then go to my.atlassian.com and check what you have.  Work through anything listed there and cancel or unsubscribe to all of them.

You can then go to id.atlassian.com and look for the delete button under the account preferences tab.
