I created scrum board from filters and I have issue with creating and managing sprint its greyed out

I have multiple spaces in Jira. We want to start using the Agile approach, so I created a board using a filter that includes all the spaces I need to plan on the board.

After creating the board, the problem I ran into is that the Create Sprint button is greyed out; I can't create a sprint or add items from the backlog to a sprint.

Because your filter includes all spaces you have to make sure you have Manage sprints permission in all those spaces. The Sprint button is grayed out because you are missing that permission in one or more spaces.

This happens because of cross-project permission requirements. When your board's filter pulls from multiple spaces/projects, Jira requires you to have the Manage Sprints permission in all of the projects returned by that filter's JQL. If you lack this permission in even one of them, the "Create Sprint" button is greyed out.
