I created feature (A1). I am trying to assign feature A1 to user story A2, A1 is not a selection.WHY

I created a feature and I cant find it as a selection when trying to assign it to user story.

How did you create the feature? What issue type is it? How are you trying to "assign" the feature to the story? Are you using the Linked Issues field?
