eazyBI plugin supports majority of standard JIRA custom fields, please see more details here https://docs.eazybi.com/display/EAZYBIJIRA/Custom+Fields.
If the 'RCA' custom field is a list of values type field (e.g. Single select), you can select it's import as dimension from Source data / Import / Custom fields menu. After import, you will have a dimension that you can place on rows and together with Measure, e.g., 'Issues created' on columns this will show how many issues are created with each of 'RCA' field options (when the All RCAs is expanded to see individual values).
