I created a task but it is not visible on board, backlog. however, when I try to search it from the search bar from the top right-hand side of the screen, I can find it. 

Any solution?

review your filter board. Probably task is not part of your JQL. (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/create-a-board/ )

Thanks for the information @Fabio Racobaldo _Catworkx_ however, I'm not sure what you are talking about I m using the kanban board for my project. If you like I can share more information.

go on your project and, on the the top right, there's board->configure button. Check the filter in order to figure out if it takes your ticket.
