I cant create/view/manage filters

I'm a site admin. i have a task tracking board and cannot manage any of my filters. I have several tasks assigned to me. When I click the default "Assigned To Me" filters, nothing shows up. How can I go about viewing/editing this filter?

You mean that you can't filter the Issue under your name through the quick filter in Kanban?
