I get an error:
Hash SHQCBL
Trace 71997e9208494f70b1bb8d2b8a831ba5
this happens on ANY Jira board I've posted on. I cannot raise tickets or view them. I can see the board, but not view a ticket.
I have tried clearing site data with ctrl-shift-I and then checking the application tab, the storage, then clear site data, for Atlassian sites.
I then logged out, and logged back in again. the issue persists.
Hi @Tau Slater Welcome to the Atlassian Community
We're here to help, but in your instance, I would first suggest: Have you contacted Atlassian Support via the link? They're fine folks, that do their best to make Jira work the way it should. So letting them know that something is wrong in your instance is the first step to alleviating your woes.
Kind regards,
Dick
I went through the contact support link, and filled in my information. There is no direct way for me to raise a ticket with Atlassian:
