I cannot update my Acceptance Criteria because of unknown error

When I try to modify my AC, Jira have been blocking my saving with unclear message

"We couldn’t update the Acceptance Criteria value

You can try again in a few minutes, or refresh the page."

It seems like this message does not want to go away. Well, this is a blocker of my work. Please recommend me on how to prevent this.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

First of all try:

  1. Hard-refreshing the page (Ctrl+Shift+R).

  2. Logging out and back in.

  3. Using Jira in an incognito/private browser window.

  4. Clearing your browser cache or switching browsers temporarily.

If this works, it’s a caching issue. If not, inform us, see what else can we check.

Hi @Glanz _Huy_ Nguyen and welcome to the community

Besides trying what @Gor Greyan suggests, check if you can copy the text in the description field and paste it in to another (newly created) work item to rule out that there is some hidden charachters in the text preventing you from updating the description.
