I cannot see my backlog and scrum board

Today I tried to access my scrum board as usual, but it's empty. The filters haven't changed. I also can't see the backlog.

Welcome to the community.

Options to look at:

  1. Can you log out and log in again?
  2. Can you try another browser or incognito window?
  3. Clear cache and cookies?
  4. Are quick filters active?
  5. Have you permissions changed, check with space admin or Jira admin

Thanks for helping me but I tried all the options that you mentioned.

 

Additionally, we are having problems running pipelines on Bitbucket

Are you still on a role on the project, that has the browse permission?

Are you over your user tier, or is there an open invoice?

Yes, I contacted technical support, as everything was working fine until this morning.
