From the details in the error message, it seems like you do not have Jira product license for this account. Please work with your org/site admin for this license and project access.

Hi @Admin , what type of admin permissions do you have. If you are not an Org or Site admin please reach out to them. Are you able to access other projects? Are others able to access this project?

This could be either you don't have jira license and permission to the project.

Please check for both and it should work
