I cannot log into Jira on my PC.

I have no Atlassian tethered to my two authenticator apps (Microsoft or DUO), which I use for other apps. My 25 digit code doesn't work and when I reset my password I cannot get through the authentication. It works on my mobile device, but I need it to work on my PC. Help.
