I cannot log into Jira. It says it does not recognize my email

I cannot log into Jira. It says it does not recognize my email

When I try to log in to Jira Atlassian, it asks me to verify my account, I hit the button, and it tells me it does not recognize my email. I am using my work email and it worked yesterday, althought there were issues then, too—but finally worked. Today, nothing.

Hi @scott myles,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

This sounds like an issue for your Jira admin to investigate, this forum is mainly made up of Atlassian customers and as such we do not have access to other customers instances. If you don't know who your Jira admin is, your IT Helpdesk should be able to help you figure that out.
