Hi, I have had an account for Jira since 3/14/2018. Today was the first time that I was unable to log into my account and when I went to reset my password, I received a notice saying I did not have a registered account. I am currently waiting for a ticket in the JIRA system to be completed but I cannot view it since I cant log in.
There are a lot of Jira systems out there, and we're end-users, like you, of many of them.
We don't know which one you might be talking about, but it sounds like you need to get in touch with the administrators for that Jira, and ask them.
