I cannot locate the 3 dots in "board" to enable roadmap in classic project, how do I this?

I am interested to add new "roadmap" into my classic project but instruction here: https://click.e.atlassian.com/?qs=95eaa0e88c6a5d22ec6d894f510b503790e1d219c06e368a6421a1a745d9b0defbb966c0f6d547aada4f2bd888762c00e2b16979b89fa3f539504e4bb287c314 asks me to look for 3 dots and edit there but I am unable to find this.

The most likely answer is that you do not own the board OR it is a default business board that is not configurable. Feel free to Add a screen shot of your board so I might definitely answer.
