I cannot gain access to my co workers shared jira board.

I’ve been trying to access Jira boards that my colleagues have created for a week now.

When I try gain access, I am presented with this screen that won’t let me progress further.

Do you have an active user account? that message seems to indicate that you have requested a user account but the admin has not set your account. I recommend contacting them to complete the process.
