I cannot gain access to my co workers shared jira board.

Hi there,

I’ve been trying to access Jira boards that my colleagues have created for a week now.

When I try gain access, I am presented with this screen that won’t let me progress further.Screenshot (29).png

If you have any way of helping, could you let me know.

Do you have an active user account? that message seems to indicate that you have requested a user account but the admin has not set your account. I recommend contacting them to complete the process.
