I cannot find the sandbox feature in my settings.

I cannot find the sandbox feature in my settings.

I know I should have the ability to create a sandbox since I have the Premium subscription but I cannot find where I can do this. Going to Admin, Products doesn't get me there. What am I missing?

NVM. In trying to get screenshots and more documentation of my efforts it has now magically appeared.
