I cannot find export button from advanced roadmaps

It should have export functions.

Is there any configuration missing?

hello @Charles , the KB you posted is for the Server Version. I was not able to find one for  cloud, but here is a KB on how to share roadmaps and Exporting reports to CSV 

As per Frequently asked questions (live plans)

We currently have CSV exports available for the scope and releases. To download a CSV, go to the particular report, and click the export button located on the right.

Thanks for the information,  I am looking for the export function under Cloud version, my company does not mind to pay an add-on as well, if it exists.

That cannot export advanced roadmaps, I did give a try. :)

This thread claims they do -  Export/Sharing of advanced roadmap view to jira externals  :)

That might be for the server version not for cloud version. Because I just tried that couple of hours ago.
