Long story short, Domain admin left the company (Temporary one filled in for 3 weeks) and Jira was dropped in my lap. I am getting Duplicate tickets for every issue and ones are appearing for responses to existing tickets as well. I started poking around and saw there is two instances of the "Default Cloud Mail Server". I wanted to view the details on these and see if they are actually the same before I deleted one. I am wondering if this is causing duplicate tickets.

No visibility to "Edit/Delete" POP/IMAP Mail Servers
