I cannot delete an account

• User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more active entitlements."

I created this account just to try this application to be aware of all of the functions, possible options, etc.

But I would like to delete this exact account because I don't need it anymore. I already unsubscribed from free trial of premium. I don't know what I should do else.

I also deleted the only project I had there

Is this the initial account you made the site with, or the only account on the site?

Then you can't delete this account.

Otherwise contact Atlassian Support
