I cannot create filter using date range to view dates of created ticket

Shahrzad Shariati March 10, 2023

I do not have advanced filter (not sure why) only basic. The date range does not work either. I see date created but when I try to create a range using any of those fields and hten search, it is blank output.

Hello @Shahrzad Shariati ,

I think we might be able to help better if you provide us a screenshot of the view you are currently using with the blank results. This should give us the context to help guide you.

For the first issue: The advanced search this is all I see:

For the date range, seems to be working today. I was not seeing an output. All good there now!

The advanced search is shown currently on the screen. The basic search has been highlighted in red on your screenshot.

createdDate > "2017/11/20 22:00" AND createdDate < "2017/11/21 6:00"

@Shahrzad Shariati ,

Yes, it is not the correct behavior not to have advanced filter. May want to submit a ticket to Atlassian support to get that checked out.

However, when you do get advance search back up again, follow this link for examples to perform data range search:

Hope the helps.
