I cannot copy paste to Jira Cloud comment fields in Edge

Is there a known problem to copy paste images to Jira Cloud using the Edge browser?

I use Snagit and Snippin to do screenshots. And tried to copy an image from the clipboard into a comment. And it does not show up.

We use JIRA Cloud (hosted).  I am on the newest version of Snagit 2020 and I cannot paste or drag into JIRA when using Microsoft Edge.  I get some form of link code and a blank rectangle that holds no image at all.  I have tried Ctrl-V to paste and have dragged the SnagIt thumbnail with the same no-go results.  I can drag an image into Chrome when using JIRA.
