My company has changed my old alassian admin account (Micosoft Account) to another one. I cannot access to admin panel and I don't know how to recover my old permissions.

Hi @Joel Moreno

Another admin in this instance has to grant you the permissions or your account needs reinstated .

Here on the community we can't assist in this.

This is a public forum and we are users like you, we don't have or can't access Cloud instances.

Otherwise your only option is to have an admin from the instance raise an issue with Atlassian Support

Not; as this is a public forum, don't share information to your user (GDPR) or instance related information.

From my experience, this kind of issue sometimes isn’t just about account changes—it can also be a temporary browser, internet, or server-side glitch. I faced something similar a little while ago where I couldn’t log into my website https://subwaysurferapkhub.com/ properly, even though my wp login details were correct.

In my case, I didn’t even need to contact Wordpress support—I simply cleared my browser cache and cookies, refreshed everything, and the issue got resolved. So I’d suggest you try logging out completely, clear your browser data/cache, and then log in again. Also, try a different browser or incognito mode just to be sure.

If your company recently changed your Atlassian account, there’s still a chance your old session or stored data is conflicting with the new setup. So doing a clean login might fix it.

And just sharing something relevant—sometimes when sites or logins act weird, it’s due to small bugs or cached data issues, not always big permission problems.

Hope it helps and your issue gets resolved quickly!
