Suddenly my jira doesn't work well.

Whenever I click the textarea of an issue description or a comment, cursor disappear and I can't write anything in the textarea.

I tried google chrome secret mode and disabling all my chrome extensions, another browser "brave browser". But it still persists.

The only way I can write something on Jira now, using Safari browser.

What's wrong with my macbook?

Hi @Jinhoe Kim (진회)

I'm also on a Chromium browser and it's working fine for me!

Have you tried the basics in relation to browsers:

  • Updating Chrome
  • Clearing cache, etc

...and is it still persisting?

Oh Thank you!

I finally solved the problem.

It is related on my account setting.

Especially about my profile open or not.

I fixed this issue by uninstalling and reinstalling chrome. Would recommend exporting bookmarks before doing it that so you can import after reinstalling. Or you can use the google sync feature
