I can't use the keyboard shortcuts anymore

I used keyboard shortcuts but recently I can't it. I tried it on another PC and on another account at the same project.What can I try to use it again?

Hello @Hiroki Nakazato ,

  • Click Help > Keyboard shortcuts
  • Toggle the Keyboard shortcuts are enabled option in the dialog.

Thanks Ollie, but this does not appear to function in my JIRA instance at the moment. This button does not respond at all to mouse clicks, even a ctrl+click just opens a duplicate of the same page.

 

I also have a test instance of JIRA separate from my corp site, and shortcuts work there just fine.
