I can't sync with Azure AD

Hi,
I installed Jira Software on Linux CentOS 6.
To sync users with Azure AD, I installed SAML. Then I followed the steps, everything is done on Azure AD side, but when I applied on Jira. I copied the Application ID, Directory ID and the Application Secret, then click Authorize.
Then I got the 2 errors below.
