I can't seem to delete this product and associated Org

As we own a particular domain, we work with folks who create net new orgs/products to help shut them down. I currently have 3 that won't seem to let me delete them:

1. Two are holding on to products (JIRA Software, Confluence). I keep cancelling them under Billing but they won't actually go away so that I can delete the account. (Currently one says it will end on 1/12 and the other on 1/18) 

2. One is holding on to the product JIRA Administration. I can't delete that product so I can't delete the org.

Any ideas?

For deleting Org/site created by users please check below KBs

• Delete your organization

There is a feature request to introduce an option for organization admins to stop managed users from creating additional cloud sites using the company's email address.

• Prevent managed users from creating cloud site using a verified domain.
• Ability to restrict Atlassian account creation for claimed domain
• Is it possible to block users from a domain from creating new sites?

Also, if you feel my input help you please accept the answer.
