I can't see the attachment field in my form

I decided to try out the Forms feature in the new Jira UI. I just went with the basic Summary and Description and Attachment fields in the form builder, but when I go to view the form, the attachment field isn't on it. What am I missing?

It has been a long day. I have solved the problem myself. Do not assume you can see all of your form fields just because you are the admin and have permission to create them, Two permissions are crucial, the Create and Add Attachments are necessary in this case. 🙄
