Thanks for using Community! I would recommend that you open a Support Issue with your Support Team around this. This is likely a backend error that the support team can review logs for and provide you with next steps. It would be helpful when opening the Support Issue to replicate the issue again, make note of the log number and save off a support zip right away. Then you can include the log referral number and the support zip to the team.
