I can't see issues in slack

I added jira integration to my slack. I get messages from Jira when task is assigned to me or when someone comments it and so on but when I go to Home tab in jira I don't see the issues.

There is a message saying:
" Welcome to Jira Cloud

Log In

When logged in to your Atlassian Account you can see your Jira work here." and Log In button. I click the button, log in, authorise everything I'm asked for and get redirected back to slack app and I still see the message asking me to log in.

For other users in my slack workspace integration is working fully without any issues.

I tried logging in both on my android phone and on desktop.

Any ideas what is wrong and how to fix it?

You have to make sure that you have access to the instance these issues are created. We too have implemented Slack on our company and from time to time I get notified for created issues (because I belong to that channel), but I don't have access to all of them.

I have access. I log in with same acc I use in browser for jira to view issues on jira boards.

Is there something I should check to be sure that I have access?

I have issues that are assigned to me on jira board but I still see the message I need to log in instead of list of issues in slack
