I lost access to my email and i dont have an idea what to do with it
I have to wright this message from my personal account because of this problem

You should contact Atlassian Support right away from your personal account, explaining that you're the only admin and have lost access to both Jira and your work email. If possible, try to recover your email through your provider’s recovery options. If you can still access Jira on another device, grant admin rights to a trusted team member.
If you’re unable to contact Atlassian yourself, ask a colleague to do it for you. This will help secure your account and get support to restore your access.
