I can't received email from Jira to me

Today I want login my account in BugsMojang(bugs.mojang.com ), but I forgot my account and password, so I clicked the "Can't access your account" button. I clicked and filled in the information and waited for the Jira administrator to send me an email, but I waited 5 minutes and still did not receive the email. I'm very angry right now

We can't help you with this, because we are not your Atlassian administrators, and have no access to Mojang's Jira.

You need to take this up with Mojang.
