Hi @Tao Shengjun ,

that error was probably related to JIRA Core and JIRA Software compatibility.

Check he version of JIRA Software is compatible with the current version of JIRA Core.

Solution :

Upgrade JIRA Software to be a compatible version with JIRA Core per JIRA Software - Version History - Atlassian Marketplace.
