I can no longer log in to my Jira Cloud App for IOS after changing my password recently.
I can confirm the password is correct and works on Desktop.
Jira Cloud App: 61.0.0
IOS: 11.4.1
Device: iPhone 8+
First Login:
Click login from main screen. Enter email and password.
fails, and goes to the main App screen.
Seems like it ignores the attempt. or some other failure occurs.
Second Login:
Click login from main screen. Enter email and password.
We couldn't log you in
We're having trouble logging you in. Wait a moment and try again.
Then, there's a spinner on the screen, and it's frozen. I have to quit the app to try again.

My initial suspicion on this relates to the caching issue on the iOS device itself. With that being said, can you please proceed to clear the cache on your iPhone / iPad by referring to the steps in the article below?
If that does not help, I suggest you to delete and reinstall the Jira mobile again. Please let me know how it goes on your end. Thanks.
