The documentation you referenced is for the self-hosted Jira product. According to the tags you have added to your post you are using the software-as-a-service Jira Cloud product, so documentation for self-hosted products does not apply.
You also mentioned you need the ID for Bamboo Licensing. What documentation are you referencing that says you need the server ID? And is it asking for the server ID for a Jira system or a Bamboo system?
