I can't enter the space I was invited to. I receive an email, accept the invitation, enter the code that arrives in the email, but the space still does not appear even though I accept the invitation and am added to the space by my team manager.
My manager did some research and managed to add me. Thank you for your help.
Did you manager share with you the root cause of the problem?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
1. Check if you have the Space Permissions
2. Check if you have access to the group
3. Also the link you may have may be a link that could be restricted explicitly. So check that as well.

I don't receive any errors, my manager just inserts me into the space but doesn't list it for me. And on his screen it appears that I was entered correctly and that I am on the list of members. I'm in the member group, I have the appropriate permissions too.

Hello @felipe.machado
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
What error message are you getting when trying to enter the space?
What is the URL you are accessing? We don't need to see the base URL (i.e. https://something.atlassian.net), but just what appears after that.

No error appears, just the space doesn't appear for me. And I am included in my company's group and in the group that has the necessary permissions.

Thank you for that additional information.

Or are you saying that the space is not included in the Spaces > View All Spaces page when you view that page?
What type of space does this concern?
Do I understand that your access to the space is governed by your membership in a user group rather than being assigned individually to a Role in the space?
If your access is granted by membership in a group do you know when you were added to the group? And do you know if the groups are managed locally in Atlassian Cloud or if they are managed externally, such as on O365? If they are managed externally and you were added to the group recently, then there may be a synchronization problem between the external group management system and Atlassian Cloud.
It may be more efficient if you can get your manager to reply on this post if you don't have access to the info required to answer some of these questions.

(This is exactly it) "The space is not included on the Spaces > View all spaces page."
It's the "Team-managed software projects" space.
Managed by the team.
I have access to several spaces from other areas of my company. We had a space for a project, but everything was transferred to this new space, and when the team was added, it doesn't appear for me. It seems that the entire invitation flow works perfectly, but this newly created space just doesn't appear in my spaces.

The next thing to check, which will need to be done by a user with the Administrator role for the project, is the Access setting for the project. A TM project can be set to Open, Limited, or Private, which can affect its visibility to Jira Users.
If it is Open or Limited you should be able to see it in the Spaces list. If it is Private only people explicitly added to the Space can see it.

If you have been added to the Space then the email address of your account added to that space should be checked to make sure it is correct.
If it is, then try accessing Jira after clearing your browser cache, or use a private browser window, or use a different browser application. Sometimes a cached identity within the browser application can result in a misleading view of Jira.
