I'm trying for months to delete an organization, but I simply can't. The organization don't have a domain, I've never verified it. The apps are all cancelled, and I've never actually subscribed to any paid plan. It's extremely confusing, the user experience is actually terrible at that point, I've gone crazy trying one thousand things, I've waited a hole month, but it doesn't work.
The button "cancel subscription" is never active, and it seems to indicate that I would need to remove the apps.
I've been trough "billing" and both, confluence and jira are deactivated.
When I go in "apps", I can see Jira but it has an exclamation point by its side because it's deactivated. I can also see Jira Admin, which I can not simply delete.
Anyone can help me?
Hello @Douglas Costa ,
Good day! Welcome to Atlassian Community :)
There is a grace period before site gets completely deleted, post which you can delete the organisation.
You can reach out to https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ if you want to expedite the deletion process, the concerned team can explore feasible options
Thank you!
The thing is that the support states that we have to wait for 15 days, and I've waited almost two months, already.
I've opened a ticked just now on the topic "account login and email issues", since there wasn't one for my issue.
The bot instantly replied I'm not authorized to grant the Atlassian Support team permission to access the cloud instance, but I am the only organization and app admin.
Maybe it's an issue because the Jira was deactivated, so I tried to escalate the ticket to see if it works.
