Hi, I just migrated from Jira standalone server to Jira cloud. And I can't create epics. The error window says "Something's gone wrong - Our team has been notified. If the problem persists, please contact Atlassian support". Because it doesn't tell me what has gone wrong, I don't know where to start.
Hi @Vincent Lau
I created a support request on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-1011210
I can't see a clear reason for this behavior, but perhaps if we can get your data access consent, someone from our support team can investigate your environment more closely to see if we can learn more about what is causing that error.
Hi Andy, thanks for creating the request. Sure I've permitted data access.

Hello @Vincent Lau
Welcome to the Atlassian Community.
With that message, as it states, if the problem persist it is recommended that you contact Atlassian Support. That would be done at
https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
However, if you are on the free subscription, as the tags on your post indicate, then you can't open a support case, and you will get redirected here to the community.
Are there any other users of your system? Do they have the same problem?
I'm going to tag this post to bring it to the attention of the Atlassian Team.

Hi Trudy,
Thanks for getting back to me. Yes we are on the free subscription and yes all of our users see the same error when trying to create an epic.
