I can't add new users to my JIRA team

I need add new users for my JIRA team, for this, i send a invitation for theirs emails but don't work....

I resolved the problem! for this i send an invitation from other admin account in the JIRA cloud.
But my acount even thought is admin don't work in various functions in the cloud .... i realy dont have an idea of because occure

We are also experiencing this issue in Jira and Bitbucket.  We tried adding the user by going to https://bitbucket.org/account/user/mastecat/groups/

Then clicked Add team member and punched in their email.

- Edit - The bitbucket invite finally came through.  Like an hour delay.  Jira invite has not come yet for that user.  But I would guess their notification stuff is super slow.

Can you provide more info? A screenshot of how you are doing this maybe?
