I can't add my server ID because my free trial ended and I have no access to JIRA

I started with a 30-day free trial and when it expired, I bought the starter license (10). How can I make the change if I no longer have access to the JIRA system?

When a trial ends, the server keeps running, it just goes read only.

You should still be able to log into it as an admin and use the admin sections, including the place to add your new licence.
