I can't add automatically change the assignee when transitioning the workflow

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I wan't change assigned person to the task automatically after changing status. For example developer change status to "To test". Then the task will be assigned to the tester person.
I've found that place at managment tools but the button "Add post function" it's not working.
Anyone can help me?

Jira is telling you, why this is not working:
Just click on "Edit draft"
