I can`t add a new Version in releases

HI I can`t add a new Version in releases. 

I think i don`t have a permission. Who should I contact ?

That would be my guess as well. To create versions you need “Project” admin permissions. If you don’t have this you would need to discuss with another project admin for the project in question or the system admin.
