I can't access the tickets we have in our Jira https://sourceatlantic.atlassian.net/

When I'm trying to access specific ticket https://sourceatlantic.atlassian.net/browse/EFE-162 browser is just redirecting and redirecting unlimitedly, and the specific ticket is not loading and giving me the below error:
"

It looks like our database is taking a little longer than usual to sync up. Wait a few moments then try again.

 

If you continue to see this error, raise a support request."
In addition, when I tried to relogin my account I don't see any tickets created from past years from my dashboard. It says:

Something went wrong on our end

If this keeps happening, share this information with your admin, who should contact support.

Good day! Welcome to Atlassian Community :)

Few questions:

  • Are you the only user unable to access the ticket: https://sourceatlantic.atlassian.net/browse/EFE-162 or other users as well?
  • Is there any other tickets that you are unable to access or just this one?
  • Have you tried logging out from your account, clearing cookies and cache, login again and try accessing?
  • Is there any security level configured for this issue?

Hi @Perez, Jestine !

As @Trudy Claspill said, you are not entitled to support while on a Free plan.

However, a small hack in this situation would be to start a free Standard / Premium trial. This way, you would be able to raise a ticket here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact -> tehnical issues and bugs.

Maybe this will speed up a solution.
