When I try to access my Jira board shortcut, it just keeps thinking and then gives me an error.

What error does it give you?
When was the last time you were able to successfully access the board following the same steps?
Are you the admin for the board? Are you the admin for the Spaces referenced by the board? Are you an admin for the Jira application?
Have you reported the error to the admins of the Jira application?
