I can't access Jira from my local network, but I can from others

Today Jira stopped working for me when I am connected to my home network, however, if I use another network, such as my mobile phone (sharing data from my mobile phone to my PC), it is working for me. Do you know why this could be and how I could solve it?

It works for my coworkers, the problem is identified and it is only with my local network (the rest of the applications work and Jira has been working for years on this network, nothing exceptional has been done that could identify this problem)
